Caretaker governments have been established in two provinces. Punjab is the real battleground where even they themselves are not denying the one-sidedness and partiality of the caretaker government. The caretaker government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa came unanimously, but there are cracks in this agreement from the beginning.

Start the political engineering, what's next?
Fawad Chaudhry is under arrest at the request of the Election Commission and is being rotated between Hawalat, court and hospital.

On the other hand, there are big question marks on the holding of provincial elections which is a constitutional requirement. The Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has simply or boldly said that he has nothing to do with the constitutional responsibility of the election, rather it is the discretion and responsibility of the Election Commission and the establishment.

PTI is on target as governments go. Fawad Chaudhry is under arrest at the request of the Election Commission and is being rotated between Hawalat, court and hospital.

Looking at the election of the Chief Minister of Punjab and the subsequent statements made by the administration and police of Lahore and Islamabad regarding Fawad Chaudhry, it is clear that the political engineering has officially started.

It is also clear that the rest of the engineering will be tested as well. From disqualifications and arrests to the emergence of new parties, many milestones will be crossed.

The first milestone of political engineering is in the news of postponement of provincial assembly elections. Census and constituencies are also mentioned repeatedly.

The Election Commission and the caretaker governments are very excited, but the schedule of the election is far from known. All this is happening when the constitution and constitutional requirements are clear and unambiguous.

Both parties in power are also claimants of democracy and vote respect. There are also reports that the People's Party has advised not to postpone the internal elections.

Constitutionally, the elections of the National Assembly and the Provincial Assemblies can be held at the same time or close together when the National Assembly and the two Provincial Assemblies are also dissolved.

Premature dissolution of the National Assembly is also out of the question by the government at this point in time as the government has nothing to show economically.

The second milestone of political engineering is leadership incompetence and capture. A decision has come against Imran Khan. Many cases are pending. Every day there are news or rumors of arrests.

In case of arrest, there may be no loss politically, but if it is election period, the morale and attention of the workers will be divided by the arrest. Therefore, it is very likely that if this trend continues, arrest or arrests will be expected near the election. From now on, the era of lawsuits, rounds of courts and ECL has started in full swing. It is only going to increase in the future.

Breakup of parties and emergence of new factions is also an important part of this whole process. This was demonstrated in the form of the sudden coming together of the warring factions of the MQM in Karachi, although this new alliance lost its kite in the hands of the People's Party in the local elections.

Many such alliances are expected in the near future. PTI MLAs are still associated with the party. Along with the ideas, they are seeing practical benefits for themselves.

Due to the popularity of PTI, many weak and double minded electables are also standing strong in their place. Engineering will be the biggest challenge here because many people have already decided their political position before the election. However, in the end, the real battle will take place on the election day itself.

The question is, why is the same game being played again after repeated experiments? Not that this is happening for the first time. This game has been played many times before. Only the position of the players has changed.

However, the surprise is also on those players who have been the target of this game before. Here the question is about their principles and commitment to democracy. Is the aim of his politics only to come to power by any means?

If so, then our politics and our country will remain stuck in this vortex. Each and every party coming to power will devote all its energies to keeping its opponent out of the field at all costs.
